Return & Exchange Period
Exchange or store credit requests must be made within 7 days of purchase for in-store orders, or within 7 days of receiving your order for online purchases.
Requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
Exchange Options
Eligible items may be exchanged for another size (subject to availability) or another style. Items may also be returned for store credit, which can be used toward a future purchase.
Refunds are not available.
Exchange Requests
Please contact us via WeChat: n5boutiqueshop or email: n5boutiqueshop@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase or delivery and provide your name and any available purchase information.
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Approved items may be returned by mail or in person at our boutique during business hours.
Return Shipping
While we may offer complimentary shipping on qualifying orders, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Eligible Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached, and be returned in their original condition.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, jewelry, hair accessories, sunglasses, intimate apparel, bodysuits, hosiery, safety shorts, adhesive bras, nipple covers, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.
