Exchanges Requirements
- All in store purchases are valid for exchange or store credit up to 7 days from the purchase date.
- Once payment is received, we do not accept returns unless for quality defects.
- All sales, jewelry, lingerie, optical, sunglasses, and accessories are final sale and are not valid for return, exchange or store credit.
Conditions for Exchanges:
- The item must be brand new, unworn and unwashed with its original tags intact.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase.
