Our Shipping Policy

We aim to fulfill and dispatch all orders within 48 business hours of receipt. Please note that while we work diligently to ensure timely shipping, we do not have control over postal service delays, which may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance or external factors.

Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us at n5boutiqueshop@gmail.com before the order is dispatched. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Tracking and Signature Requirements

All shipments will include tracking information, and orders to the USA and Canada will require a signature upon delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Customs & Duties

Canada: Taxes are applied at checkout based on the shipping address province.

USA: Duties and taxes may vary by state. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of your order due to customs fees or for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping fees, any applicable duties, and the initial shipping cost. Please noted that failure to collect your package or to pay the required customs fees for clearance will be considered as a refusal of delivery.
